Right of Withdrawal

This is a convenience translation. Only the German version is legally binding.

Note: Pursuant to § 18 Abs. 1 Z 3 FAGG (section 18(1) item 3 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act), there is no right of withdrawal for individually manufactured products.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to § 18 Abs. 1 Z 3 of the Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz (FAGG), for goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly tailored to your personal needs, you have no right of withdrawal.

Reasons

All products from maplove are made individually to your specifications. You personally choose:

• The geographical map section
• The coordinates and the centre point
• Colours and style
• Size and format
• Personalised texts and labels

Because of this individual design, each product is a one-of-a-kind item that cannot be resold.

Confirmation before ordering

Before completing your order, you will be expressly informed that, pursuant to § 18 Abs. 1 Z 3 FAGG, there is no right of withdrawal for personalised goods. By ticking a box, you confirm that you have taken note of this information.

Statutory warranty remains in place

The exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory warranty rights. In the event of product defects (e.g. printing errors, damage in transit, wrong product), you are of course entitled to:

• Repair
• Replacement delivery
• Price reduction
• Rescission of the contract
